WHY Did I Create This Course?

I created this program because I got frustrated and angry with my clients! They paid me very well to have me help them achieve what they wanted to achieve - and even what they had not envisioned they could achieve - in their businesses and lives, yet time and again they procrastinated or flat-out avoided the tough things that THEY determined they needed to do to move forward. 

Then I looked inwardly at myself and how I conducted my coaching and consulting practice. After all, Isn’t that what we coaches teach our clients to do?

That’s when I realized that to be more effective for my clients, I needed to be more effective at pulling out from them what their issues are AND getting them to actually do what they needed to do to get the results they wanted.

I needed to develop a system that was repeatable and transferable. And I thought that other coaches just might be experiencing the same client frustrations so I wanted to share my system with them. 

So I looked at the following types of people to see what they do and what systems they had in place:

        • Business & Non-Profit
        • Entrepreneurs who are extraordinary implementers
        • Professionals with their own practices

I interviewed people and documented what I did when I led my department of3d book direct reports in the corporate world to get things done. I looked at the processes that innovative companies use to encourage their staff to come up with ideas and to actually put their ideas into action.

And then I did what any self-respecting consultant would do...wrote a book! (Maybe I'll tell you about that later)

I compiled everyone’s actions down to six-stage process...a repeatable system. In my book "Hey, That's My Idea!" I go into detail and take you through each stage of the system with guidance you can implement the next day. But wait, there was more! 

From my book came speaking engagements on how to move from mind to money. Speaking engagements turned into requests for workshops to take people through the processes. Workshops yielded retreats and VIP sessions to drill-down deep into implementation experiences. These longer sessions spawned groups and long-term organizational engagements to help leaders and teams turn concepts into cash.
